wonderful terrace, ideal location, decent Wi-Fi
Climbing four flights can be exhausting!!! A slow elevator that feels more like a sauna needs urgent attention. Broken fixtures and a low-water-pressure sink tarnish the experience. Lost keys are a security issue that shouldn't happen!!!

great location! but breakfast could improve
The property was very clean, and the rooms were serviced daily. Alfonso was an exceptional host, making us feel welcomed. We loved the proximity to shops and restaurants right by the Piazza. it was very convenient! Many guests mentioned the delightful pastries offered at breakfast, which we enjoyed heartily during our stay.

The lift was painfully slow, taking about 90 seconds to reach the fourth floor, and it can get quite hot when using it in high temperatures. The shower head in one of the rooms was problematic, spraying water inconsistently, and overall cleanliness could be better as evidenced by the presence of ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was severely lacking, consisting only of pre-packaged pastries and a limited selection of drinks which left much to be desired. Noise from the street could also be intrusive, especially at night, which might disrupt your sleep.

The breakfast included a delightful selection of sourdough bread and fresh fruit that truly set the tone for a pleasant start to the day. While the location was highly convenient, I found that lugging my suitcases in the heat was quite a challenge, especially with steps leading to the accommodation. The room was bright and spacious, yet I encountered minor issues with the Wi-Fi connection during my stay, which could be improved.

the location was amazin, super close to shops and restaurants, and the vibe was chill. our room was really clean and comfy with all the basics. the rooftop terrace got the best views of the sunset – totally worth it! the host was friendly and gave us some good tips around town. overall, we had a pretty sweet stay.
it was kinda noisy at times, especially on weekends. plus, climbing all those stairs after a long day was a bit of a pain.
